NAD+

Redox Cofactor

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. A redox cofactor used in vitro to study cellular energy metabolism and sirtuin/PARP enzyme activity.

For laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption. Not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use.

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme central to redox reactions in cellular metabolism. In research it is used as a substrate and cofactor to study mitochondrial bioenergetics, sirtuin and PARP enzyme activity, and NAD-salvage pathway biochemistry. Supplied as a high-purity lyophilized powder.
